Terms of service

This limited warranty is issued by Sleep Good (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the original
manufacturer. It applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
At its discretion, Sleep Good will repair, replace, or issue a pro-rated credit for any
confirmed defective product. Liability is capped at the original purchase price. Sleep
Good is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Replacements carry the
remaining original warranty term only.
Sleep Good acts as authorised reseller. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the
Supplier bears primary liability and Sleep Good reserves the right to engage them
directly.
Claims without proof of purchase, on stained or soiled products, or from unauthorised
resellers are void. All claims are subject to inspection. Sleep Good's decision on
eligibility is final.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act
68 of 2008.
